Consistent Pace from Start to Finish Patricia Carlos maintained a steady performance throughout the 2025 Phoenix Marathon 10K event. Starting with a pace of 12:48 min/mile, consistent pacing was evident in the first three miles. Her split times for miles two and three, both at 13:20 min/mile, indicated impressive endurance. A detailed examination of her placement within the F30-34 age division shows minimal fluctuation, ranging from 109 to 120, emphasizing her consistency. There was a slight increase in time for the fourth and fifth mile splits, with times of 14:18 and 16:09, respectively. However, Patricia made a strong comeback in the final mile, improving the split to 12:38 min/mile. Her ability to regain momentum and finish strong is commendable. Ending with an average pace of 13:44 min/mile, she achieved a final time of 1:25:13. Patricia's performance reflects dedication and capability within the running group "LFG."
