Vendors
The Phoenix Marathon is excited to offer a wide range of vendor opportunities that provide access to a highly-targeted demographic. We would love for you to join us as a vendor at our pre-race Health and Wellness Expo and at our Finish Line Festival.
Expo
The Expo will be on Friday, December 12, 2025 from 9:00AM - 6:00PM at the Phoenix Convention Center. Set up time for vendors is December 11 from 12pm to 5pm or the morning of the expo beginning at 8am.
Booth maps
Booth space is reserved on a first-come first-serve basis. The layout will be a snake-like design ensuring maximum exposure to all vendor booths. Once payment has been received, additional details will be emailed.
Swag bags
Vendors may purchase space to insert items into physical swag bags. Vendors are responsible for printing and delivering all materials, but race staff and volunteers will insert all items into the swag bags. Items must be received no later than November 15, 2025, to be included in the race bags. Additional information including ad specs and requirement will be emailed once payment is received.
All vendor purchases are final and will not be refunded.
