Pace Consistency and Notable Mid-Race Surge Heidi LaFaver maintained a commendable average pace of 14:40 min/mile over the 13.1-mile course at the 2025 Phoenix Marathon. Despite a challenging start with an initial split of 14:28, Heidi displayed consistency, maintaining splits between 13:56 and 15:18. Notably, her pace improved significantly mid-race, particularly in the fifth mile, where she recorded her fastest split of 13:59. Heidi's most impressive placement came during the sixth mile, where she finished in 995th place overall and 43rd in her division.
