Consistent Start with Mid-Race Challenges Roxanna Glaser, representing the Pharmtastic 4 team, completed the 2025 Phoenix Marathon Half Marathon with an overall time of 3:08:54 and an average pace of 14:25 min/mile. She maintained an impressive pace in the earlier miles, with her fastest split at mile 4 clocking 10:55 min/mile, elevating her position to 831st among females. This strong segment showcased her potential early on in the race. However, there was a noticeable deceleration from mile 6 onwards, with splits gradually slowing to 22:26 min/mile at mile 12. Her overall position dropped significantly in these later stages, and she finished 1147th among female participants and 143rd in her division (F40-44). Roxanna's performance in the first half of the race was commendable. Working on maintaining stamina in the latter half could benefit her future races and help her consistently improve her standings.
