Pacing and Consistency Showcase Rhonda Jeremiah showcased a steady performance throughout the 2025 Phoenix Marathon 10K event. Her average pace was 18:44 min/mile over a distance of 6.2 miles, with an overall finish time of 1:56:12. Notably, Rhonda achieved a personal best in Split 6, clocking in an impressive 16:13 min/mile. Consistency was evident as she maintained a steady pace improvement over the last 1.2 miles, highlighted by her place jump from 1415 to an impressive 329. Analyzing each split, there was clear improvement as the race progressed. Starting with a pace of 17:24 min/mile in the first mile, the pace varied but ultimately improved in the later stages. In her division, Rhonda placed 19th by the last split, despite being 54th overall in her F50-54 group. Going forward, focusing on maintaining a steady pace from the outset could provide even more competitive edge. Great effort, Rhonda!
