Consistent Performance with Strong Mid-Race Splits Jonah Puchinsky demonstrated solid pacing during the 10K race at the 2025 Phoenix Marathon, representing Indi Crew. He maintained a consistent pace, with an overall elapsed time of 53:28 and an average pace of 8:37 min/mile. Notably, he showed strong performance in the middle splits. His second mile logged the fastest split at 8:06 min/mile, improving his standing in the M19-24 division from 15th to 12th. His overall placement was 173rd among 1,840 participants, which reflects well on his efforts. Although the fifth mile exhibited some slowing with a 9:42 min/mile split, Jonah corrected his pace by the sixth mile with 8:29 min/mile. Maintaining focus during the latter part of the race could help improve future results. Overall, Jonah's mid-race strength and ability to regain pace set a positive trajectory for upcoming races while representing Scottsdale, AZ. It would be beneficial to continue building on this mid-race pace consistency.
