Cade started strong with an impressive initial mile at 7:16 min/mile, maintaining a pace under 7:20 min/mile for most of the first half. His performance peaked during mile 5, clocking in at 6:57 min/mile. In the latter half, competitive splits were maintained, especially during the 23rd mile, where his pace improved to 7:59 min/mile. Notably, Cad made a strong surge as he approached the finish line, moving up to place 2nd in his division with an impressive final mile pace of 8:16 min/mile.
