Steady Progress with Notable Improvements Adriana Rivera participated in the 2025 Phoenix Marathon's 10K event and showcased a consistent performance throughout the race. Starting with an initial split pace of 10:42 min/mile, she improved her pace to 10:28 min/mile by the second mile, reflecting a slight acceleration early on. Although her pace slowed in the middle miles, clocking in at 11:38 min/mile and 11:42 min/mile for the third and fourth miles, she demonstrated resilience by speeding up in the final stretch, completing her last mile at a pace of 10:34 min/mile. Adriana finished with a total time of 1:09:58, achieving an overall pace of 11:17 min/mile. She placed in the top half of her division, F30-34, ranking 72nd out of 1840 participants, which is commendable. The strongest aspects of her performance were her initial push in the early stages and her ability to pick up pace in the final mile.
