Pacing Improvements and Consistent Performance Christie McDougall ran the 2025 Phoenix Marathon 10K with a final time of 1:02:15, maintaining a strong average pace of 10:02 min/mile. She started with a pace of 10:34 min/mile but became faster, eventually reaching a pace of 9:28 min/mile in the final mile. Outstandingly, she managed to progress to 6th place in her division, F55-59, among 1840 participants. Her ability to finish the 10K as the 8th in her division denotes a commendable performance. During the race, Christie's split times and paces reflect a notable strategic shift, especially improving from a slower pace in mile one to a steady sub-10-minute pace by mile three.
