Steady Pace with Notable Improvements Ellie Jull maintained a consistent pace throughout the 2025 Phoenix Marathon's half marathon. Starting with an initial mile split of 11:14, she showed slight variations but remained in the range of 11:05 to 11:24 for the majority of the race. Noteworthy improvements were seen at mile 5 with an 11:05 split, and at mile 9 where she clocked in at 10:57, marking it as her fastest mile. This indicates a strong ability to push when needed. Despite a somewhat slower mile at 11, where the split pace reached the highest at 13:34, she displayed a solid recovery by stabilizing her pace in the subsequent miles. Ellie finished the race with an official time of 2:31:30, averaging an 11:33 min/mile pace. Amongst 2723 participants, she placed well in her division. Staying focused on consistent pacing and maybe working on maintaining momentum during the later stages could boost future performance.
