Consistent Pace with Strong Finish in 10K Race Anjana Annapureddy displayed steady pacing throughout the 2025 Phoenix Marathon 10K event. Starting with a 20:07-minute mile for the first split, Anjana maintained an impressive pace, recording a consistent time for her first three miles. Her third-mile split was slightly quicker at 20:33, showing a great ability to sustain her effort despite the challenges longer races present. Anjana's final segment was particularly notable. She achieved her fastest division placement during the last mile, ranking 6th in the F1-14 category. However, there was a noticeable decrease in speed as the race progressed, with her pace dropping to 26:02 in the sixth mile. To improve further, focusing on endurance and sustaining momentum in later stages would be beneficial.
