Consistent Improvement Throughout the Race Kyobum executed a strong strategic performance at the 2025 Phoenix Marathon 10K, with notable progress in pacing across the race. Starting with a 12:05 min/mile in the first mile, Kyobum progressively increased his pace in subsequent miles. His significant improvement is visible after the third mile, with a pace of 10:00 min/mile, indicating a substantial gain in speed and positioning. By the sixth mile, Kyobum achieved his fastest split pace of 8:57 min/mile, culminating in an overall time of 1:04:33. This consistent improvement in pace placement saw him finish 547th overall out of 1,840 participants, and 58th in his division (M35-39). Among male competitors, he secured 306th place.
