Persistent Pace Despite Challenging Moments Morgan Nuckols completed the 2025 Phoenix Marathon half marathon in 2:54:18, recording an overall pace of 13:18 min/mile. Progress was evident in the initial segments, with her pace improving up to mile 6, reaching a split pace of 12:33 min/mile. Notably, there was a significant position gain at mile 6, climbing to 55th in her division. This is an excellent improvement in midpoint performance. The splits show some fluctuation after mile 6, peaking at a 17:15 min/mile pace at mile 10. However, Morgan managed a strong finish with an impressive 11:52 min/mile in the final mile. Analyzing the data, focusing on maintaining a consistent pace and monitoring fatigue levels in the mid to late stages could provide further improvements. The early and late segments show promise, which could be extended throughout the race with strategic pacing. Morgans participation adds value to the team, "Miles of Montana." Keep up the great work!
