His initial splits were consistent, with the first mile clocking in at 11:19 and the second slightly faster at 11:18 min/mile. Notably, both the third and fourth miles slowed a touch, with paces of 12:11 and 12:03 min/mile respectively. A particularly commendable aspect was Cole's strong finish, where he improved his pace significantly in the final mile to 10:35 min/mile, which elevated him in the rankings to 843rd place overall, 424th among males, and 59th in his division.
