Consistent Pace with Promising Segments Damian Arroyo exhibited a strong and consistent performance at the 2025 Phoenix Marathon Half Marathon. Over the course of the 13.1 miles, Damian maintained an average pace of 8:24 min/mile, finishing with an elapsed time of 1:50:06. Notably, Damian started with a swift 7:55 pace in the opening mile and was able to sustain a steady pace especially up to mile 6, where he achieved a split time of 10:07. In the segment between mile 11 and 12, Damian demonstrated his speed with a split time of 7:58, which stands out as his fastest pace apart from the first mile. However, the final mile showed a significant pace drop to 20:20, indicating a possible area for focus in maintaining pacing strategies towards the race end.
