Strong Finish After Steady Start Lucy Jardine completed the 2025 Phoenix Marathon 10K with a final time of 1:18:36, achieving an overall pace of 12:40 min/mile. Among a total of 1840 participants, her consistent performance placed her 1007th overall, and 523rd among women. Notably, Lucy ranked 53rd in the F19-24 division. Her team, We Got the Runs, demonstrated good camaraderie throughout the event. In terms of pacing, Lucy started strong with her first mile at 11:02 min/mile, picking up speed in the second mile to 10:46 min/mile. The third and fourth miles saw some slowing, with the third mile being her slowest at 14:32 min/mile. However, she made an impressive recovery in the final stretch, finishing the sixth mile at a much-improved pace of 10:26 min/mile.
