Consistent Pacing with Notable Splits Justin Russell from Vernon, BC displayed a strong and consistent performance at the 2025 Phoenix Marathon. Throughout the 26.2-mile distance, his overall pace was 6:45 min/mile, concluding with a total time of 2:57:11. Noteworthy splits include a steady 6:25 min/mile at mile 2 and a similar relative speed maintained through most of the race. A standout moment came at mile 8, matching his early performance with a 6:25 min/mile pace, highlighting a capacity to regain speed during the race. While his pacing was strong and consistent for much of the race, some slight variations began to appear in the latter miles.
