Consistent Splits, Promising Potential Rosa Medina from Phoenix displayed commendable consistency throughout the 2025 Phoenix Marathon Half Marathon. She began with steady early mile splits, ranging from 12:27 min/mile to 12:17 min/mile. By Mile 4, a notable improvement was observed with the pace dropping to 11:45 min/mile. This contributed to her climbing positions overall and within gender and division categories at various stages. The overall event concluded with Rosa finishing 1016th among females and 143rd in the F35-39 division. Splits between Miles 5 and 11 indicated slight increases in pace. Nevertheless, a strong finish in Mile 12 with a 12:17 min/mile pace demonstrated her resilience. Final results positioned her with an overall time of 2:51:32, reflecting a steady average pace of 13:05 min/mile over the 13.1 mile distance.
