Consistent Performance with Impressive Division Finish Nancy demonstrated a steady and consistent pacing strategy throughout the half marathon, maintaining a near-uniform pace with minimal fluctuations around the 9:45 to 10:00 min/mile range. Notably, she improved her pace between miles 3 and 4, clocking a split pace of 9:22 min/mile and advancing to 16th place in her division. Her final time was 2:10:08 with an overall pace of 9:56 min/mile. Nancy's strong finish at 16th in the F55-59 division is commendable, especially given the field of 2,723 participants. Additionally, her placement improved consistently in the latter half of the race, which is a solid demonstration of endurance and race management. One area to focus on for future races could be aiming to maintain the faster paces she achieved in the earlier splits towards the end of the race. Working on this could potentially enhance overall race time.
