Consistent Start, Strong Finish Victor Noriega completed the 2025 Phoenix Marathon's Half Marathon in 2:36:45 with an overall pace of 11:58 min/mile. His splits show a strong start, maintaining a consistent pace in the first few miles: 10:22 min/mile for mile one, 10:33 min/mile in mile two, and 9:57 min/mile in mile three. These consistent early mile paces positioned him competitively within his division, hovering around the 80s over the first half.
