Consistent Effort with a Strong Finish Natasha Dahlberg clocked an impressive 2:09:18 in the 2025 Phoenix Marathon's Half Marathon, representing the Valley Runners AZ. Her pace demonstrated an early consistent speed, maintaining just below 10:00 min/mile for most of the course. Notably, she hit her fastest pace between the 4th and 5th mile with a 9:17 min/mile split. Her strategic pacing resulted in a consistent overall pace of 9:52 min/mile. As a great indication of her effort, Natasha excelled in the middle sectionshe achieved her best division place of 25th among competitors in the F35-39 category during the 6th mile, which shows potential in pushing her divisions rankings higher. While the last miles showed a slight decline in pace to above 10:00 min/mile, focusing on maintaining speed toward the end could further enhance her performance metrics next time.
