Consistent Effort with Strategic Improvements Cecilia Lopez completed the 2025 Phoenix Half Marathon with an overall time of 3:07:58, averaging a pace of 14:20 min/mile. Impressively, her early splits maintained a steady pace, with a consistent 12:53 min/mile up to the third mile. This steady strategy saw her gradually improve her placement among participants, particularly in her division (F30-34), where she rose to as high as 74th place during the sixth mile. While Cecilia displayed impressive consistency, slight drop-offs in pace occurred after the fifth mile, with notable slower splits in miles 5 (14:04 min/mile), 6 (14:18 min/mile), and 11 (17:20 min/mile).
