Consistent Pacing With Strong Finish in Division. Greg Boncimino, racing in the 2025 Phoenix Marathon, executed a well-tempered performance with an impressive division placement of ninth out of the M55-59 age group and a time of 3:47:57. The race journey consisted of a consistent pacing strategy, averaging an 8:42 min/mile over 26.2 miles. Greg showcased notable endurance, particularly in the early stages of the marathon, maintaining pace well through the first twelve miles with splits mainly ranging from 8:19 to 8:41 min/mile. Greg's pacing demonstrated consistency over the first three-quarters of the race, with a stronger performance in the final third.
