Consistent Start with a Tough Finish Demetrious Lloyd from Phoenix ran the 2025 Phoenix Marathon, persistently maintaining a steady pace through the first half. Out of the 26.2 miles, he kept an average of around 7:15-7:18 min/mile from miles 4 to 22, notably picking up speed at miles 6 and 7 with a pace dipping to 7:05 and 6:53 min/mile respectively.
