Consistent Progress with Strategic Pacing Sanjay Singh, representing Team CALABRIA, presented a commendable performance at the 2025 Phoenix Marathon 10K event. Throughout the race, there was a clear display of strategic pacing. Starting with a 14:15 minute per mile pace for the first mile, Sanjay improved his pace to 14:02 minutes in the subsequent mile. Notably, the third mile reflected a slower pace of 15:43 minutes, which suggests a potential focus on steady endurance. In the latter stages, Sanjay maintained a consistent pace across the final miles, with a marked acceleration in the sixth mile at 14:37 minutes. This choice may have contributed to his final results: an elapsed time of 1:36:15 with an average pace of 15:31 minutes per mile.
