Consistent Performance with a Strong Finish Deille Wagner initiated the 2025 Phoenix Marathon 10K with a steady 12:18 min/mile pace in the first mile. Her performance demonstrated improvement as she progressed, notably with a split of 11:39 min/mile by the third mile, showcasing her ability to gradually increase her speed through the mid-point of the race. This section of the race was one of her strongest, with an increased pace of 12:03 min/mile for the first half. The highlight of the race was Deille's final mile, where she remarkably accelerated to a 10:53 min/mile pace, placing her first in her division for that split. While maintaining a consistent pace of 12:28 min/mile overall, Deille finished the 10K with a total time of 1:17:19. Analyzing her pace throughout, it's evident that Deille has strong potential in accelerating through the final stretch. It would be beneficial for Deille to build on this by achieving more consistent split times throughout the race.
