Consistent Pace with a Strong Finish Lorna Brown maintained a steady pace throughout the 2025 Phoenix Marathon 10K. She started with a 19:11 min/mile pace for the first mile and showed improvement in the second mile with a split pace of 18:27 min/mile. Despite a slight slowdown in the fourth and fifth miles, finishing with split paces of 19:23 and 21:43 min/mile respectively, she regained momentum in the last mile, clocking in at 18:32 min/mile, showcasing a strong finishing effort. Overall, Lorna completed the 10K with an average pace of 19:23 min/mile and a total time of 2:00:15. Impressively, she significantly improved her position in the final mile, moving to 335th place overall at that split, securing her 20th place finish in her division for that segment.
