Consistent Mid-Race Performance with a Strong Finish Lisa Lonchor demonstrated consistency in her recent half marathon performance at the 2025 Phoenix Marathon. During the race, Lisa maintained a steady pace, finishing with an overall time of 3:26:41 and an average pace of 15:46 min/mile, placing 36th in her division, F60-64. Lisa showed strong resolve by significantly improving her placement from 41st to 22nd during the 6th mile, although the placement fluctuated in the subsequent miles. Notably, her pace remained commendably stable throughout most of the race, particularly during miles 5 and 12, where she achieved her fastest paces of 14:03 and 15:04 min/mile, respectively. While her pacing was relatively steady, continuing to work on maintaining a faster pace in later stages could yield improved results. Lisa can reflect on her experience, paying special attention to the strong splits in miles 5 and 12, as these demonstrate her capacity to boost her speed and regain momentum.
